Welcome to the Rectory Farm & Tea Rooms website.

he Rectory is located in the small rural parish of Morwenstow, overlooking the rugged coastline of North Cornwall. Built in the 13th Century the house is filled with history; from antique furnishings to thick old oak beams, partly salvaged from the many shipwrecks along the coastline.

The Award Winning Tea Rooms provide a varied menu using locally sourced produce where possible, with nearly all food homemade on premises, specializing in homemade scones, cakes, soups, quiche's, chutneys and delicious soups; along with proper Cornish Pasties, Cheeses, Jams, Fish (caught fresh from local waters) and our own Beef & Lamb as available.

The Farm has been worked for Century's producing only quality Cornish Livestock, currently undergoing Organic conversion as well as being supported by schemes such as the Country Side Stewardship in the promotion of wild life along the Cornish coastline.

The local Parish is surrounded in history & legend, along with many activities and places to visit such as Hawkers Hut and the church of St. John the Baptist dating back to at least the 9th Century; for the more energetic miles of coastline only 10 minutes walk from the Rectory.
