We use locally sourced foods wherever possible and our scones, cakes, quiches, chutneys and delicious soups are made here in our farmhouse kitchen using many old family recipes. We use Cornish clotted cream, local jam, Westcountry cheeses and proper Cornish pasties, our own beef and lamb, as available, and fruit and vegetables from local suppliers or our own kitchen garden.
We provide a menu catering for vegetarian, gluten, wheat and dairy free diets. We also offer a healthy children's menu.

Within our kitchen we may use celery, eggs, milk, lupin, cereals and gluten containing products, crustaceans, molluscs, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sulphites, soya and sesame seeds. Whilst there is minimal risk of cross contamination, it is impossible to fully guarantee the absence of these allergens in any of our food.
